Kōlea Sparkling Hop Water x North Drinkware ‘Shake & Sip Giveaway’ Official Rules

Participation is limited to legal residents of the state of Hawaiʻi in the state of Hawaiʻi who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. No purchase or payment necessary to enter or to win.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD:

The Kōlea Sparkling Hop Water x North Drinkware ‘Shake & Sip Giveaway’ (the “Giveaway” or “Promotion”) begins on November 28, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Hawaiʻi Standard Time (“HST”) and ends on December 31, 2025 11:59 PM HST (the “Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY:

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Hawaiʻi in the State of Hawaiʻi who are 21 years of age or older. Employees, directors, officers and agents of Kailua Beverage Company (the “Sponsor”), alcoholic beverage wholesalers, distributors, licensed retailers, advertising/promotion agencies, and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries (collectively “Released Parties”), and immediate families and household members, are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. Giveaway void outside Hawaiʻi and where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

In Store Entry: Scan QR code at participating locations.

ENTRY LIMIT: One (1) entry per person per day during the Entry Period. If more than one entry is received per person/email/phone per day, only the first may be valid. A "day" runs 12:01:01 AM HST – 11:59:59 PM HST.

4. RANDOM DRAWING:

Drawing held on or about January 5, 2026 from eligible entries. Conducted by Sponsor/Agent. Odds depend on number of entries.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Potential winners contacted by email or phone. Must respond within 48 hours. Winners may need to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Prize Acceptance Form, Publicity Release (where legal), and W-9 for tax reporting (“Documents”). Documents must be returned within 3 days. Failure to return Documents or unreachable notifications results in disqualification and alternate selection (up to 3 attempts). No compensation for forfeited prizes.

6. PRIZE AND ARV:

One (1) prize consisting of:

• One (1) North Drinkware The Hawaiian Islands Tumbler Box Set

• One (1) North Drinkware The Hawaiian Islands Coaster Set

• Four (4) 6-packs, one of each Kōlea Sparkling Hop Water flavor

Total ARV: $328 USD.

Winner responsible for taxes and expenses not stated. Prize value taxable; Form 1099 may be issued. No substitutions or transfers except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes may not be sold or exchanged. Sponsor disclaims all warranties.

7. RELEASE:

Entrants/winners release Released Parties from claims related to participation, prize use/misuse, travel, publicity, defamation, privacy, IP, etc. Winners bear all risk after delivery. Acceptance grants Sponsor rights to use name/likeness unless prohibited. In event of inconsistencies, Official Rules control. Sponsor not responsible for typographical errors.

8. NOTICE:

ANY ATTEMPT TO TAMPER WITH THE PROMOTION IS ILLEGAL AND MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.

Released Parties not responsible for inaccurate entry information, technical issues, device/computer damage, network failures, or email filtering. Sponsor may cancel/modify the Promotion due to force majeure, fraud, misconduct, virus, unauthorized intervention, or technical issues. If terminated, drawing will occur from eligible entries received. Fraudulent/automated entries will be disqualified.

9. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION:

Rules governed by Hawaiʻi law. No class actions allowed. Entrants consent to Hawaiʻi courts. Damages limited to actual out-of-pocket costs; punitive/other damages waived.

10. PRIVACY:

Sponsor will collect/use/disclose personal information for administering the Giveaway. Participation constitutes consent. Data subject to privacy policy: https://www.koleahopwater.com/privacy-policy. Information will not be reused/sold/shared unless entrant opts in.
